Welcome to Jurassic Park...T.rex Rampage review. Ray Arnold said it best "Hold on to your butts". Upon release, this set was surrounded in a fog of controversy, but still managed to impress. I have high hopes for this set, it sure doesn't look like a six-foot turkey.

The year 2019 is already 2 months behind us. I wanted to take a final look back on the year. Nathan already wrote a blog on stuff that was going on from the developer and admin side of the site, like traffic, new features etc. JaredHinton wrote a blog on the admin's favorite sets of the year. I want to take a look at a very import aspect of Rebrickable: YOU. Without you, Rebrickable wouldn't exist. We count on you to submit and build MOCs, and help us keep the database up-do-date and correct errors. 2019 has been the busiest year for the admin team. With the help of some graphs and numbers, I want to show how much you all have helped us.

The Car Transporter is one of the bigger ones for the year, and posed me a question I have been ignoring since coming back to LEGO as an adult, "do I like building Technic sets?" Some of my fondest childhood memories of LEGO are Technic sets, I loved them. But after my 'dark ages' I never found the love for them again (probably something to do with the more complex looking studless models). I have avoided taking on reviews for Technic sets as I never felt qualified to give an opinion (leaving Tobymac to do all the Technic heavy lifting). But I can't put it off forever. So here's a review of the first major Technic set I have built in over 20 years.

Let it goooooo! It's still stuck in my head. And now they are back! I'll probably see the movie a thousand times, with 3 little girls in the house. Let's hope the sets are more fun ;-)

You may have heard the Bricks LA LEGO Convention was held recently. Some fan sites were advertising it, some had free ticket giveaways. I was lucky enough to be able to attend on the Saturday, here's a peek into what you may have missed.

A good review, this may be. To find out, read you must. An impressive 16" height and posable head, set 75255-1 Yoda boasts...Okay, I'll stop that now, I promise. A spiritual remake of a 2002 set from the always popular Star Wars theme, this set is surely a crowd pleaser, right?
